Jul 2025 – Present

Develop frontend products for the Douyin E-commerce Creator Workspace (Buyin), covering core modules including storefront operations, the Growth Center, content tools, and the mobile homepage.
Completed the React 16 → 18 upgrade across all 9 Buyin sub-applications, managing release risk through staged rollouts, monitoring alerts, and early warnings from customer complaints; rolled back on anomalies and remediated high-risk code before completing the rollout.
Advanced the rollout of a new design language and component library by building codemods for deterministic transformations between incompatible component APIs; developed an AI migration skill and refined its rules using migration failure cases, supporting adoption across multiple business domains.
Built a user feedback metrics system from the ground up across 67 pages, standardizing survey formats and creating a negative-feedback dataset and automated reporting dashboard on Hive; established the negative-feedback rate as a metric tracked by product teams to compare experience across modules, monitor trends, and evaluate improvements through A/B tests. Received a quarterly Spot Bonus for the project.

Jun 2024 – Sep 2024

Built an automated frontend internationalization workflow from the ground up for DingTalk’s intelligent finance suite, using a Babel AST codemod to transform string literals, JSX text and attributes, and template literals; batch-converted more than 2,000 hard-coded strings in three seconds. Used an LLM to improve consistency in brand terminology and placeholders, generating a complete first-draft translation in about five minutes.
Established internationalization checks with lint rules enforced at commit time to detect Chinese text that had not been internationalized and prevent new hard-coded strings.

Jul 2026 – Present | TestFlight Beta

Product Delivery: Independently defined, designed, and developed a native iOS travel planning app and launched its TestFlight beta, attracting 700+ testers through a public invitation on X.
Native Interaction: Built multi-touch drag-and-drop itinerary editing with UIKit and MapKit, allowing users to hold an itinerary card with one hand, swipe between days with the other, and drop it onto another day, as well as drag places directly from Apple Maps into the app. Paired a three-state itinerary drawer with a map that updates in real time to support switching between itinerary planning and route viewing.
On-trip Experience: Designed for travelers switching frequently between taking photos, booking rides, and other tasks; used a Live Activity in the Dynamic Island to show the current stop, switch to the previous or next stop, and launch navigation from the current location, reducing repeated place searches in maps.

Dec 2025 – Apr 2026 | skywt.net

Product & Design: Independently designed and developed a personal website serving 5K monthly unique visitors, supporting article reading, comments, and subscriptions. Paired Source Han Serif with Source Serif 4 for a print-inspired reading experience, with customized shadcn/ui components, light and dark themes, and responsive layouts.
Reading Experience: Built an extensible Markdown rendering pipeline with remark / rehype and a custom rehype plugin that generates image placeholders ahead of loading to reduce layout shifts. Combined Next.js caching, ISR, and page prefetching to improve loading and navigation, achieving a Lighthouse Performance score of 100 (LCP 0.8 s, CLS 0).
Full-stack Architecture: Built a backend-for-frontend (BFF) layer with Next.js Server Actions, using Supabase for data services and authentication. Deployed to Tencent Cloud for users in China and Vercel for international users, with R2 image storage, mirror synchronization, and CDN delivery to improve image access.
